St Mary’s Walthamstow and the Parish of Walthamstow are re-advertising for a part-time Parish Administrator post to help us manage our busy, diverse and creative parish, which has just been awarded a £1.67 million grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund to restore and renovate St Mary’s Walthamstow and make it a centre of arts and culture alongside regular worship and our other ministries.
We are a lively parish in the heart of rapidly regenerating Walthamstow, East London, and are seeking to appoint someone who will provide high quality administrative and support services across the parish during a time of change.
Could this be you?
Running a busy Parish Office, you need to be hard working, approachable and organised. Able to keep matters confidential, you will have excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Calm and adaptable, you will also need to be an enthusiastic team member who enjoys helping people.
Part-Time Post: 15 hours a week – flexible working hours can be negotiated
Salary: £21,000 pa (pro rata – £8,580)
