Loving and serving our community
Sunday Worship at St Gabriel’s Church
10.30am Morning Worship (Prayer at 10am before each Service)
The first Sunday of the month is ‘all-age’ worship, the second and fourth Sundays in the month are Holy Communion, and our regular morning worship is on the third and fifth Sundays of the month. Everyone is also welcome to join us at 10am before each of our Sunday services as we pray for our parish, for our community and for each other.

The Wednesday Hub runs from 11am-1pm every Wednesday – come along for a time of fellowship and relaxation. Makeover at St Gabriel’s
We have just completed work on the Family Centre and now have have newly decorated halls and a bright new kitchen which will be of great benefit to us and to the local community. St. Gabriel’s Community Cafe, which runs on Saturday morning providing teas, coffees and cake, will resume when the halls are reopened. Please watch this space for updates.
FCENS Night Shelter
For the past three years, the Forest Churches Emergency Night Shelter has been providing warmth and hospitality to those living rough on the streets. Last winter we hosted this at St Gabriel’s on a Tuesday night. Because of the building works at St. Gabriel’s this winter, Tuesday’s Night Shelter will be in the Welcome Centre at St Mary’s Walthamstow, our sister church.
We are committed to safeguarding children and young people and all victims of abuse and vulnerable adults. Our PCC has adopted the Church of England’s policies and best practices on safeguarding which may be found on the Church of England’s website. Our parish safeguarding officer is Donna Gwilliams; she can be reached at
